Whether you’re a first timer, or a regular gym user; Members are invited to arrange a complimentary Gym Induction with our trained Fitness Instructors, who will guide you through our equipment with a one to one induction. We also offer complimentary Refresher sessions to all Members. Sports Massage and one-to-one Personal Training are a great way to support yourself in a health journey.
