Your Individual Membership includes full and unlimited use of our gym, indoor swimming pool, Outdoor Heated Vitality Pool, and spa facilities, including saunas, aromatherapy room, monsoon showers, and steam rooms. You’ll have the freedom to choose what you use during your visits, whether you want to sweat it out or totally switch off - you’re in control.

Balancing body and mind

Our Members also benefit from up to 20% off at our on-site Treatment Rooms, which offer a range of self care treatments, from circulation boosting massages, to manicures. You can also book a course of therapeutic Sports Massage to aid injuries and improve mobility.

Get the most from a workout

All new Members are invited to book a complimentary one-to-one gym induction to learn how to safely and efficiently use our gym equipment.

We also offer complimentary Gym Refreshers with our qualified Fitness Instructors if you ever need a boost or want to change up your routine!
