Position Overview: Energise Pentney Health Club and Day Spa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Club and Spa Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of our premier wellness facility. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic leader with a passion for health and wellness, committed to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing our service offerings with a background within the Spa and Treatment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the health club and spa.
Oversee the running of the health club and help maximise treatment and membership sales.
Maintain a high-profile shop floor presence and engage with staff and customers actively.
Respond quickly and efficiently to complaints from staff and customers, providing feedback to the owners.
Carry out duties of other staff members as needed, such as during sickness or holiday cover.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times.
Identify, report, troubleshoot, and correct maintenance and cleanliness issues.
Carry out various administrative duties as necessary.
Attend regular meetings with the owners to discuss operational and strategic plans.
Supervise a dynamic team of 10, ensuring they are motivated and performing to high standards.
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in the health club and spa industry, with a focus on staff management.
Strong logical administration and implementation skills.
Ideally, experience and qualifications in pool plant operations and first aid.
A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
